Sound Steps CIC (“we”) runs this website. This notice explains what happens to information you send us.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: phone number, organisation and your message. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to plan or deliver work you’ve asked us about. We keep it in our secure enquiry system. We never sell it or share it for marketing.

Children and sensitive information

Please don’t send medical or other sensitive details through the form. Where a young person is involved, we talk to their parent, carer or the commissioning organisation, and follow our safeguarding procedures.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or deliver the work, and then we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing stuart@soundsteps.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
